25-28 October 2007
18 hours with 2 trucks and trailers to show some work "out of our kitchen"
For 3 days I explained in Italian, French, German, English, and Dutch
how our latest Wide Body GT was build
The Italian comment was heartbreaking …
The most common comment was:
"Complimente"
so we finally baptized the
GT "Build for Italy".
After saying goodbye to all our old and many new friends, we will surely be back next year …
The possibility to adopt our assistants is considered …
To be continued
Salute
The GT
The GT we showed was build in recent months out of a 1967 Steel Body GT.
- It was fitted with new floors and painted inside and out – and underneath.
- All detail parts are new.
- All suspension, brake, and mechanical parts are either new or overhauled.
- The engine develops 180 HP
- All hardware is build racing-proof.
- All windows and rubbers are new … rear and side windows made in plexiglass.
- The 8 + 9×13 Auto Delta wheels and wide body fenders are new products,
as are the water and oil radiators. - The interior was made new and can be simply removed for racing
- The fuel tank is made new in 80 litre capacity – like the Auto Delta products of the 1970s.
- Brakes are fully to Auto Delta specifications …
front disks ventilated and fitted with (rare) Ate alloy callipers. - All lines and hoses, master pump and servo, were fitted new.
The list seems endless … so for more information we kindly ask you to call.
Price and specifications to be discussed.
