"First time out" (March 2003)
Finally ...
after some 500 testing kilometres and sorting out the last mechanical adjustments, the car runs like magic!
Zandvoort (June2003)
Our first "official" presentation was on 14-15 June, celebrating the 25th anniversary from the Dutch Alfa Romeo Owners Foundation, which took place at the Dutch - Zandvoort racetrack.

We were present with the 6c 2500 SS which, of course, was driven

Preceding a trip to ... Switzerland
Finally, our trip to Switzerland! (Oct 2003)
In four days, 1600 kilometres was made through Belgium, France, Switzerland, and Germany.
Our first stop was in Mulhouse, France where we took time to visit the famous Schlumpf Collection, nowadays
The second stop was our visit at mr. Brennwald's home resulting in a warming reunion with the car!
Mr. Brennwald, who has reached the healthy age of 84, was the first owner of this car ... he bought it in 1949.
Amazing old picures of the car during the "Bergrennen" around 1950, which show the car when practically new, were handed over to me by mr. Brennwald.

A short run on mr. Brennwald's favorite "Albis pass" was made.
It was an experience long to remember ...
The return trip through Germany went with a steady 140 km/hr, climbing and overtaking as in a modern car ...
In four days, the car showed its real grace - and it's back alive - very impressive.
Meeting Ibbenburen (Apr 2004)
This year, our first ride out was to Ibbenburen, Germany.
